THIS ONE'S FOR YOU, ERIN!!!

I rented two out of three movies that have made me shocked.

Mystic River. Great and excellent acting, plus the storyline is suspensful and intriguing. It had me with my jaw dropped and made me think.

AMERICAN HISTORY X. I've only gotten through half of it. Lacie, my friend, said it was going to be funny. IT'S NOT FUNNY WHATSOEVER and I don't know why she would say so. But continuing, it is really shocking. Super fucking shocking.

A scene from it includes Edward Norton, a skinhead Nazi, killing a black guy. He makes the black guy put his teeth on the curb and then kicks his head off. I was so shocked and his little brother was running after him telling him no. What I really like is the scene when the arrest is going on. He is so nonchalant about it. I like it a lot. Great so far.

Sometimes I can be rascist. I'll admit it straight out. I don't want to get into it right now. Both of these movies so far have touched me in a way I cannot explain. They both had me at the verge of tears.

I rented Donnie Brasco but I will start tomorrow.

American History X makes me want my head shaved again. I liked it like that. I told Zach, my supposed boyfriend about it. He was like, "That was you? I thought you were a skinhead dyke". I don't know if I want to be conversing with someone as clueless as he is. I just don't know. Why am I always getting myself into stuff? I think I did it to rub it in his friend's face because I have a crush on his friend.

Good song on right now. I'll Be Your Lover, Too by Van Morrison. So good. Slow, acoustic and sad.
